Our Practice is a modern operatory designed for ergonomic treatment and surgery. The operating chair is an American made ADEC brand with ergonomic back and neck support. The operatory also conforms to modern requirements for disability and emergency access. Disabled toilets facilities are also available.
We have soft background music of your choice and TV on the ceiling above the dental chair.
Our surgery is situated conveniently at 29 Metro Parade Mawson Lakes on the ground floor of the CLUB METRO building adjacent to the Metro Hub (Mawson Lakes train and bus station) car park. This means that ample on street parking is available, but if not onsite parking is also available through the rear entry of our building. Just push the intercom to talk directly with our reception staff.
Our front doors are accessible directly from Metro Parade.
Dr Peter Bertossa has provided family and cosmetic dental services since graduating nearly 20 years ago. Dr Bertossa is a keen attender of continuing professional development updates. Following graduation in 1995 Dr Bertossa worked in a large group practice in the southern suburbs. Shortly afterwards Dr Bertossa worked as an itinerant Dentist in the remote Torres Strait Islands before returning to Adelaide and commencing further studies at the University of Adelaide. Dr Bertossa owned and operated a general dental practice in Port Macquarie NSW for four years, before finally returning to Adelaide in 2009. Dr Bertossa has a four year old son (as at 2015) and has completed a second Bachelor Degree in Economics and a third Bachelor Degree in Law and also has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is an admitted (though not practicing) Solicitor and Barrister in the Supreme Court of South Australia. Andrena is our principal receptionist and Practice Manager. Andrena has been working in the Dental industry for over 20 years. Andrena has extensive experience in all area's of Dental treatment, case management and Dental Practice administration.
Sarah joined our staff in January 2014. Sarah has worked in the Dental Industry for over 6 years. Sarah’s experience carries into every aspect of our practice including desk management and surgery. Sarah is trained in first aid and advanced resuscitation, and is interested in fitness.
