Thank you to clients of Dental on Metro for all the well wishes given the birth of our the newest addition to my family, daughter Aashna, she and her mum are doing very well. Apologies to any clients that were inconvenienced by my impromptu week off! We are now back to business as usual.
In other practice news.
1. Change of hours
Upon the arrival of the new bundle of joy, Dr Bertossa has reduced his evenings to Monday and Thursday night only. Dr Bertossa is in fact available for more hours because he has now opened a full Friday morning for clients where that suits.
2. Christmas hours
Dental on metro plans to operate on all usual business days over Christmas other than public holidays depending on demand during this time. Please enquire about availability if requiring appointments during this time. Emergencies and general treatment will be available. Please remember that our practice phone diverts to mobile after hours, so please leave a message if you need your call returned.
3. End of Calendar year insurance claims
Please be aware that many insurances claiming limits must be renew at the beginning of the calendar year (Jan 1st). It is always a good idea to use this years available claiming limit if dental work is required as it will not ‘roll over’ into next year i.e. if you don’t use it you lose it. Consider this especially if more costly work like crowns or bridges are required. Please contact us if you require a new itemised quote.
4. Dr Chelsea Mann leaving
Unfortunately Chelsea will not be continuing with us in 2016. We are currently interviewing for a suitable replacement dentist to assist with our popular after hours appointments.
