I could write column after column about what is possible with CAD-CAM dentistry.  This is now the new normal and will be the future of the way we fix teeth.

To provide an example of a service that is available now at Dental on Metro, if you didn’t like particular aspects of your the shape, size or position or colour of your front teeth, our clinicians are able to use materials ‘on-the-spot’ while you watch to ‘mock up’ your new smile.   When you are perfectly happy with the result we then use an accurate 3D laser scan to import the new shape into our CAD-CAM software.

From here the software is able to use this new shape to propose then mill fine, realistic, life like, highly cosmetic, and super strong veneers.  Shape, size and position and colour can be corrected. Our ceramics are furnace glazed (not just polished) to provide a glassy life like translucency and are completely metal free and are ‘computer’ accurate in fit.

Old crowns can be re-done with improved gum lines and old discoloured fillings can be covered.  Worn down teeth can be built up.  High maintenance teeth can be turned into low maintenance teeth.  These procedures are claimable on most dental extras cover.

Because this is all done on-site, the finished result can be available within an hour or several days for more comprehensive cases.
